Breaking the Silence

Inspiration seems to happen at the most inopportune of times. Whenever I come up with a melody or a line of lyrics that I like I'm right in the thick of some type of work or whatever. Is this creative frustration or is creativity just building up within until the right time? ...I hope it's the latter and I guess that could get frustrating so really it's both. Fortunately for me my brain works to where I forget something for a matter of months and then out of no where remember it again.
